We are two former highest collegiate level basketball players with a passion for developing the next generation of athletes. After years of competing at the highest level, we’ve turned our experience into a specialized training program designed for young players in Ottawa who aspire to play at the highest level.
Our mission is to provide elite-level coaching, focusing on skill development, game IQ, physical conditioning, and the mental toughness needed to excel in competitive basketball. We tailor our training to each athlete, helping them build confidence, master fundamentals, and take their game to the next level.

My name is Keren Kasonga, and I've been playing basketball since I was 8 years old. I fell in love with the game since then. I came to Franco-Ouest in Grade 9, where Coach Jordy coached me from Grade 9 through Grade 12.
As a coach, he truly cared about the players and always kept it real. He helped me build my confidence and always encouraged me to push myself. Coach Jordy led our team to the playoffs every year I was at Franco-Ouest, and even to a championship game. His belief in me and consistent support made a big impact on my decision to continue playing basketball at the next level. I knew I had talent, but his guidance gave me the confidence to believe in myself and pursue my goals beyond high school.
