What is your cancellation policy?We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to reschedule your session without a fee. Last-minute cancellations may result in a forfeited session.

What happens if training is canceled due to bad weather?If an outdoor session is canceled due to weather, we will notify you in advance and either reschedule or move to an indoor location when available.

Can I get a refund if I decide to stop training?We do not offer refunds for unused sessions, but you may transfer them to another participant or reschedule within the allowed timeframe.

Do I need to bring my own basketball?Yes, we recommend bringing your own basketball to practice consistency. However, we provide basketballs for drills and exercises if needed.

What should I wear to training?Wear comfortable athletic clothing, basketball shoes, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Do you offer private training at my preferred location?Yes! We offer private training sessions at your home court, local gym, or another agreed-upon location. Additional travel fees may apply.
